It provides useful space for manual annotation and comments. Lines are double-spaced and there are enlarged margins to the right and bottom of the document.

Any markup comments, deletions, and annotations that have been added to the sheets are made visible so that all revision information is available during the printed review stage. These are all clearly distinguishable from the main body text.
