Both iBooks and Kindle (device and apps) do a great job of presenting even unformatted text. This style builds on this base and adds just enough detail to make great looking eBooks without complicated formatting that can cause trouble on older devices.

Notes:
- The first H1 (#) will become the book title, and the first paragraph after it will be the author's credit line. Use a shift-return between the “by” and “name” to keep them together.
- An H2 (##) followed by an HR (----) will insert horizontal space and make the line invisible. This makes for less cluttered dedication and copyright pages.
- The last paragraph of a blockquote will be right aligned to use as an attribution line.
